  1. No Physical Returns
    • All our products are digital downloads (stickers, HTML tools, calculators, etc.).
    • Once purchased, they are instantly delivered and cannot be returned like physical goods.
  2. Refunds
    • Refunds are not provided after a product is downloaded or accessed.
    • A refund may only be considered if:
      • You were charged twice for the same product.
      • The product was not delivered due to a technical issue.
  3. Exchanges
    • Exchanges are not applicable for digital items. However, if you face any issues with files (corruption, missing content), we will re-send the correct file at no extra cost.
  4. Customer Support
